DEPOSIT POLICY

Services of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the appointment is scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This policy is enforced to respect the scheduling commitment for each client. Failure to give 48 hours' notice will result in a penalty of 50% of vour scheduled service cost.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any services provided. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service(s), please let us know immediately and we will work with you to correct to your liking.

LATE FEE POLICY

If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call or text the salon phone to let us know.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $20 late fee. Depending on the tardiness and services scheduled, you may be asked to be reschedule your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up to your appointment with no notice you will be charged a penalty for 100% of your scheduled service cost.

If you fail to show up for two or more appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule future appointment. You will be fired as a client.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept CASH, CHECK or APPLE CASH.
